§ 30-40. Required.

(a)

The owner or occupant of any house, dwelling, place of business, enclosure or structure located on any lot or parcel of land within the city occupied at any time of the day or night by any person shall connect to the city water system in accordance with all ordinances of the city.

(b)

Any person violating this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-14. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs.
