§ 30-120. City reserves right to advertise for bids.

  • The city specifically reserves the option to advertise for bids and install all or any portion of extensions of water lines over 12 inches in size where the costs of such lines, as determined by the bids taken by the developer, are not considered reasonable. In those cases in which existing mains are in place and are incorporated within the water system of the developer, the developer shall pay the city such pro rata charges as may be due under the terms of this division.
