§ 8-26. Survey required.

(a)

An application for an initial permit shall be accompanied by scaled drawing showing the property lines, buildings, measurements and buffers as set forth in section 8-25. If deemed necessary by the staff to enable its ability to determine compliance with the measurements and buffers set forth in section 8-25, the applicant will provide a survey prepared and sealed by a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor showing the measurements and buffers as set forth in section 8-25.

(b)

If requested by city staff, an applicant shall have the property lines, measurements and buffers as set forth in section 8-25 temporarily monumented for city staff inspection.
