§ 8-396. Sale of edible merchandise.

Every person who is licensed as an itinerant merchant to peddle edible merchandise as required by this division shall keep all articles for sale to the public in a clean and sanitary condition, as well as the wagons, vehicles or other conveyances used in the transportation of such merchandise.
